In 2023, we’re faced with a new global giant we’ve never faced before: AI.

…And with that comes finding a new groove.

…And yet it’s not new like the 90s Hip-Hop groove that has boomeranged back in old dance music.

AI has been around for at least half a century in Business Intelligence. I worked for one such company that was born in the late 80s. Early AI has been used in data mining at the core of data analysis to help make better-informed decisions.

For a business, commonly that’s across many everyday financial, operations, and marketing areas to improve customer acquisition and retention.

…So AI’s big bang intro of ChatGPT for the daily consumer in 2023 is no shock.

And maybe AI doesn’t impact your personal day today, but it will soon if you use a smartphone (that’s about 85% of us today).
