While habits are trending these days, certain ones do go out of style… and some pretty quickly drop off our list before they’ve reached the 66 golden day mark (that has been researched as to how long a new habit could take to catch on).
Today, there’s even a calendar stamped Quitters Day acknowledging that our good intention habit goal won’t last.
And that could be where you are, and that’s fine. Trying is intention (and trying is the new doing these days).
Life is hard (harder than I remember in the past). So please be easy on yourself.
